How long is your standard prop hire?

Our standard time period for prop hire is 48 hours, extended hire terms can be agreed in writing and will be noted on your delivery form

Do the hire costs include delivery?

The hire costs are for the props only, your delivery costs will be quoted when we know how much you’re looking to hire and where the location is

How far do you deliver?

Our props are stored in London and we will quote our delivery costs based on how much you’ve hired and where your event is. For large/ heavy items long distance deliveries can be expensive, but we always try and get the best possible price for you. On request there may be items you can collect directly from us

Will you drop off props or style them onsite?

If you are simply hiring props, we will drop those off at the venue for you to position and style yourself, however if you do require styling onsite just let us know and we will send you a styling quote. Contact us on or go to our STYLING page

Do we need to be at the venue when you arrive?

You or a designated person will need to be at the venue for our arrival. A delivery note will need to be signed to confirm delivery and that you've received the correct items. We will need to know the access and parking details at the venue to enable an easy drop off

Do we need to pack props away ready for collection?

Yes please, we don’t like waste and always recycle, so you’ll need to use the original HEY packaging to pack the items away please, thank you!

Can we come to view the items?

Yes you can, however we would need to arrange a visit in advance to our Kings Cross storage or East London office dependent on which items you’d like to view

I don’t see what I’m looking for on your website?
